What would you wear for valentines day?

Hello my lovelies,
Todays post is all about what you would wear for valentines day. If your going on a date for the first time what would you wear? Or maybe it is the 3rd valentines day you and a partner are having. So bellow I have a few outfit ideas that may inspire your for valentines day. Now as I said before in my previous valentines day post I have a few blog posts coming up to do with Selfridges. So I have been on the website and choose somethings you may like or use as an idea, so everything I mention in this post is from their website.
I thought I would do a few outfit choices for you all as I know everyone has different tastes.
So enough of me rambling on here is the first outfit.

This first outfit idea is so girly. The dress is such a gorgeous colour and i'm a sucker for anything purple so this had to be on this post. The dress is from Alice & Olivia and I have never really looked at the clothing that they do but after looking at a few on the website I have fallen in love with them. The Matilda silk dress is perfect for valentines day, its flowy yet romantic so it will keep your dates eyes on you all night. This would be perfect with a white coat and white shoes to keep the look simple. Or would look gorgeous with these leopard high heels to have that edge.

The next dress idea is from Reiss this is one that is more affordable but it is beautiful. Its a lovely magenta colour and will look great on all skin tones. Its more on the short side but not too short for it to be wrong to wear! The Amity dress will be perfect with black flats if you didn't want to brave the heels or if you do then black peep toe heels will look gorgeous with this too.


Now this is something that I would wear for valentines day. This is the 3rd valentines day with my boyfriend and it's the first one we will be going out for it. So I want to wear a nice cute shirt with a skater and black tights or maybe even my beloved disco pants. Now im not one for wearing dresses in winter I get cold so easy that I would be shivering most of the night so I have selected a few tops that would look great with jeans, skirts or disco pants.

The first one is from Theory its more on the casual side and the cutest bird print ever! I like my shirt to have a print on them as I find they look better a go with more things. I have never heard of theory but I love this shirt!

The 2nd one is perfect for valentines day - a heart shirt! This Brett Heart Print Shirt would look perfect with a skater skirt and black tights and even having your hair up in a doughnut bun! This is from a brand call Brett they have a cute shirt with metel colour tips!

The last top choice is perfect for a combo with a pair of skinny jean. This would look perfect with some little ankle boots or some beautiful red heal. The Elis Top has a beautiful lace trim on the shoulders that make it look so girly. Its a sheer silk material so you would have to wear a nude cami underneath!
