So today I am here to talk to you about one of my new skin care favourites for removing my make up when I am wearing a full face. Now as you are aware L'oreal are bring out a lot of new products for skincare and this little beauty that I am reviewing is one of them!
Now I have always been one to use make up wipes to remove my make up, then I made myself try Bioderma and fell in love. So after about 5 month bring us to now I wanted a change so I found myself buying L'oreal 15 Second Perfection Cleansing Oil and its has changed my life.. and by life I mean removing my make up in my skin care routine ha.
L'oreal 15 Second Perfection Cleansing Oil is a very good dupe to the MAC Cleanse Off Oil. I have seen so many reviews of the MAC Cleansing Oil that when I done a bit of research the two products to see which one to buy they turned out to have the same concept and thought why not try L'oreal first as its more budget friendly and I like the fact that it said '15 Seconds' to remove make up.
When using a cleansing oil you apply it straight on to the skin with make up on. You don't remove it or wet the skin before, you simply apply it on to dry skin and massage it in to the face and eyes to remove all traces of make up thats on the skin.
Now a few questions that you maybe asking. Does it actually remove make up in 15 seconds? Well I don't think it removes make up that fast although with in 15 seconds I have a tone of mascara all over my face and can see my foundation mixing with the oil creating a flesh colour but I think it takes around 30 seconds before the make up is fully dissolved but still thats much quicker than using Bioderma or a face wipe to remove a full face of make up.
Does it really removed every inch of make up? 96% Yes but I do find that It leaves a tiny bit of mascara left of my lashes, but this maybe due to the fact I hate putting liquids near my eye so I hate rubbing my eye area. So in different reviews it could 100% work for someone else but for me after cleansing my face I do still have a little panda eye.
Does it make you skin feel oily or leave a oily residue on your skin after? No not at all, if anything my skin feel make up free and really smooth and clear that I actually enjoy washing my make up off.
Is it good on all skin types? Its perfect on all skin types. I have oily skin and it seems to be perfect if anything it hasn't made my skin react or made it more oily. If anything my skin loves it
So overall I actually really do like the L'oreal 15 Second Perfection Cleansing Oil and I would recommend it if you are thinking of changing up your make up remover, or wanting to try something completely different. You can find this amazing product in Boots, Superdrug and selected supermarkets (I got mine from Tesco FYI :D ) This product retails for around £7.99 but it is £5.33 in boots at the moment so if you was thinking of trying it got get it from boots.
